Okata is a multidisciplinary artist mainly focused on painting.
His work encompasses painting, murals, and installations, and is often guided by recurring motifs such as fish, water, and shared environments. His playful yet intimate expression transforms loneliness and everyday anxieties into sensual experiences that celebrate vulnerability and connection.
